About Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of hands-on healthcare focused on the relationship between the muscles, joints and other structures of the body—and how these may influence the way you move and feel.
Osteopaths assess the whole person rather than focusing only on the area where symptoms are felt. Your assessment may include discussing your health history, examining your movement and posture, and performing relevant clinical tests to help identify factors contributing to your discomfort.

Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include soft-tissue techniques, joint articulation, manipulation, stretching, cupping, exercise advice and practical strategies to support your recovery.
Osteopathy may help people experiencing concerns such as back or neck pain, headaches, joint and muscle discomfort, sporting injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort and everyday strains. At CRL Osteopathy, appointments are available for people of all ages, from babies and children through to adults and older adults.

Casey Liddington

Hi, I'm a registered osteopath and the owner of CRL Osteopathy.

My interest in osteopathy began when I experienced a cricket injury at 14 years old. Osteopathic treatment helped me return to the sport I loved and inspired me to pursue a career helping others feel and move better.

I hold a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy. I have also completed additional training in paediatric osteopathy and am a qualified APPI Reformer Pilates instructor.

My own experience with endometriosis has shaped my interest in women’s health and strengthened my understanding of what it can be like to live with ongoing pain. I enjoy treating people of all ages and stages of life, from babies and children through to teenagers, adults and older adults.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me teaching Reformer Pilates, coaching hockey or keeping active myself. My approach is friendly, practical and tailored to each individual. I aim to create a welcoming space where you feel listened to, supported and comfortable throughout your treatment.
